Customer Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. First time orders are sent C.O.D. certified, unless prior arrangements are made with our credit department.
2. NET 30 DAYS (approved accounts only). Credit must be applied for on our credit application form.
3. A Service Charge of 2% (two per cent) per month will be assessed on past due accounts. Past due accounts will revert to C.O.D. until credit has been re-established.
4. There will be a $20.00 Service Charge for returned cheques.

PRICING

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
All prices are NET prices. Effective prices shall be those on most current pricelist.
G.S.T. or H.S.T. is applicable on all merchandise (Cdn. orders only). Provincial sales taxes are extra where applicable.

VISA / MASTERCARD

VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards are accepted. Minimum order $50.00.

FREIGHT

All goods are shipped F.O.B. Canadian Engravers Supply, via U.P.S., unless specifically noted otherwise. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

The purchaser and receiver of goods is responsible to make any claim for damages, loss or any other claim arising from problems caused during shipping. The claim must be made immediately upon receipt with the carrier in question. Canadian Engravers Supply Company Ltd. shall not be liable for goods damaged or lost in transit.

RETURNED GOODS

CUSTOM FABRICATED OR NON-STOCK ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Merchandise returns require a Return Goods Authorization number. When calling, notify our Customer Service Department with product number and our invoice or packing slip number.
Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
All discrepancies MUST be reported within 15 days.

WARRANTY

The following warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and covers all products sold by Canadian Engravers Supply Company Ltd. SPECIFICALLY, SELLER AND MANUFACTURER DISCLAIM WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE and manufacturers/sellers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use and User assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be altered except by an agreement signed by officers of sellers and manufacturers. Prices and Specifications are subject to Change Without Notice.
