Soft L’ink is produced with Diamond Knit™, a patent-pending, two-sided fabric process engineered for use with Sawgrass’ patented SubliJet sublimation transfer ink technology.

This innovative approach combines 100% ring-spun cotton fabric with a micro-polyester outer knit. The result is a product line ideal for digitally printing full-color, photo-quality graphics on a cotton-based garment.

Traditional color laser, inkjet, and wax thermal transfer papers use heat to “melt” the image onto the surface of the t-shirt, resulting in a heavy, “decal-like” transfer that can fade, crack, or discolor and may only be washed under special conditions.

Because SubliJet uses transfer inks and not special transfer paper, there’s no “hand” or feel to the image. The garment is “tattooed” with the image and is as soft and comfortable as the material itself.
