Aluminum Sheet Stock

Unisub aluminum provides the same color fidelity that sublimation users have come to expect from other Unisub substrates. In side-by-side testing, the product consistently provided brighter colors and deeper blacks than other sublimatable metal.

Unisub aluminum can be cut with a standard metal shear for a variety of award, gift, and signage applications. It is available in white high gloss coating only, in 11.75"x23.25" ten sheet cases. Unisub products are designed to produce brilliant color reproduction from all types of sublimation transfers.

FR Plastic

FR Plastic Sheet Stock is the world's best sublimatable plastic. FRP sheet stock may be routed, sawn & drilled. Reinforced with fiberglass, this super-durable, scratch and UV resistant product is able to withstand long-term use without the need for a top coat. FRP Sheet Stock comes coated on one or both sides in gloss or matte finish and has removable protective film on one side. FR Sheet Stock can be used for name badges, signs, license plates, ornaments & bag tags. The possibilities are as varied as your imagination.

Steel and Other

Hardboard Sheet Stock is a masonite substrate with a durable, stain resistant, acrylic coating specifically designed for full color sublimation. Hardboard is coated on one side only in gloss finish with a removable protective film. Masonite sheet stock may be routed, sawn, drilled or laser cut to create message boards, clipboards, clock faces, name badges, coasters - the possibilities are endless.

Phenolic Sheet Stock is coated on one side in gloss finish and has removable protective film.. Phenolic can be sawn and drilled. Developed for those who need a thinner substrate for name badges, etc.
